I decided to dress this slice http://www.chelsea.co.nz/baking-and-r... up by adding 125 g chopped white chocolate and 75 g dried cherries (and I used the 5 cups of rice bubbles). Unfortunately that messed with she structural integrity too much and now I have a slice that only barely holds itself together and crumbles under pressure.
How should I fix it?
I have vegetable shortening, if that would help.
