Report: Hong Kong Palace

John Galt | Nov 9, 2005 02:34 PM

My first visit to Hong Kong Palace was very promising. An unforgiving menu that prominently features innards, duck blood, etc., but also has (some) items for less adventurous diners.

The staff spoke only broken English. Good sign.

I settled on Chicken Treasure with Pork Kidneys. Chicken Treasure(s) turned out to be chicken kidneys. A very satisfying dish that suggested that a talented chef was in the kitchen.

I will return soon.
