I have a set of All Clad D5 Cookware that I purchased from Williams Sonoma.
After putting the pieces to the test, I have discovered that I HATE the Sauce Pans.
Currently I have a 3.5 QT., 2 QT and 1.5 QT.
The one I hate to cook with the most is the 3.5 QT is way too heavy to lift with one hand - for example to move contents into a strainer.
I am looking for a replacement that is lighter and easier to handle.
So far I was considering a Chef's Pan/Saucier - Le Creuset seems to have a good one.
I mainly use this type of pot for cooking Frozen Vegetable, Pasta, etc.
Appreciate any help!
