We are having a St. Patricks potluck at work next week and I am bringing the corned beef. I plan on cooking it the day before and reheating it in a crock pot at work the next day. For various reasons, I can't bring the cooking liquid and would prefer to reheat it without adding new liquid. Do you think it would reheat okay if I cook and slice it at home then the next morning, wrap it in foil (with maybe a tiny bit of liquid) then put it in the crock pot for 4 hours to reheat? Suggestions? Low or high temperature? Thanks!
