Rehearsal Dinner Suggestions for LA Restaurant

Hi Hounds-
This my very first post and I would love some advice. I am getting married this summer at the Luxe Hotel Sunset Blvd (near Brentwood/ Bel Air) and I'm looking for a restaurant to have our rehearsal dinner at. My fiance and I love good food, so here's the criteria:

-Yummy
-Moderately Priced (Between 20-45 per person)
-Has a large private or semi private area for our guests (Might be anywhere between 40-70 people)
-Somewhat close to The Luxe- As far as Mid-City to Santa Monica are what we have in mind.

We love the idea of a casual spot where guests can chat, have fun, and relax. We are not looking for any place that is stuffy.

I've contacted the Westside Tavern and their menus start at the top of our budget. Mexican and Italian spots are always crowd pleasers. We've contacted a few other places that are a little too pricey or require a buyout that is much higher than we can go.

Any suggestions you have would be much appreciated. If you've held your rehearsal dinner or been to a private event somewhere you enjoyed, I'd love to hear.

Thank you so much for your help!
