Rehearsal Dinner Spot in Baltimore

I'm turning to the great and powerful Chowhounds for suggestions as to a place in Baltimore where my affianced and I could hold a dinner the night before our wedding at the American Visionary Art Museum. We think it may be as many as 40-50 people, and would like to keep costs down (but privilege good food and a good time over the lowest possible bill). A private room would be nice, too. (Joy America is out because they're catering the wedding the next day.)

The wedding isn't until November 22, so we have lots of time. Our only major limitation is that my mother will have just finished chemotherapy and will be undergoing radiation. Her diet is somewhat restricted now (for example, she can't eat raw fish or meat, and too much salt and butter makes her very ill), and I don't know what effect, if any, the radiation will have or what foods she will be told to avoid. All that means is that we need a restaurant that is willing to make her a special meal, nothing too fancy, should she need one.

I would be very grateful for suggestions. If you need more information, let me know. Thanks!
