I'm making tofu scramble for breakfast and I'm only using half a block. Is it ok to put the rest back in freezer? I looked online, and just kept finding things about refreezing meat.
I have always used the whole block, but now its just 3 of us at home the 2 oldest kids have pretty much moved out. So its just toddler, myself and hubby.
I have the tofu wrapped up in the fridge now. Just wondering if I could? Thank for any advice.
