We had king crab legs for dinner and had a couple leftover so I took out the meat and put it into a ziploc to make crab salad today. My hubby, in an effort to help clean up, put the bag in the freezer and I didn't find out until this morning. These were previously frozen legs that we heated up on the grill. Is refrozen crab ok to use? I would use the meat for crab cakes or something now instead of salad, but I'm hoping I don't have to toss all this meat! I did a search online but it seems divided.
