Recommendations for location for Neotropical Party

My company's annual meeting is coming up and we have a number of activities over a two week period that are planned. Two years back, a colleague and I decide to have an informal gathering at her then rented house in Cleveland Park, employees from our programs in tropical countries came, brought their, own music and licor from their representative countries. It was well over 100 people. The party was a blast and went until about 3am and the salsa dancing was great. Last year due to lack of a house we were forced to have it a Lulu's. While the party was good, it wasn't the same.
We are now on a search for a location in the DC area.
It can be a hall or a unique bar or resturant, someplace where we have our own area. Specific requirements is hat it be metro accessible as most of our staff are staying down. Most importantly a reasonable price both for venue and drinks

Suggestions welcome!!!
