I am making 3 different tarts for Thanksgiving appetizers. I just bought a jar of truffle salt from Sur La Table. Do you think I can use it in any of these apps instead of the regular salt.
1) Fig, Prosciutto and Chevre Tart
2) Swiss, Carmilized Onion and Tomato Tart
3) Provolone, Capicolla, Roasted Red Peppers, Cream Spinach Tart
Do you think any of these will benefit of using this incedible salt?
