Another reason to be thankful for Pio Pio

The green hot sauce that Pio Pio serves with everything is one of the best sauces around. And today I found a new use for it: if you mix it about half-and-half with olive oil and whisk vigorously for 10 or 20 seconds, it makes an excellent salad dressing. Anyone have any other creative uses for Pio Pio sauce?
