Ravi Kebab and what's the story with the Guatemalan Place Next Door?

Went to Ravi Kebab tonight for the first time and it lived up to the recommendations posted elsewhere here. Perhaps the best kebabs I've had in the area; certainly give the Afghan Restaurant and Shamshiry, my other favorties, strong competition. Excellent salty lassi too.

Two doors down, however is a little Guatemalan lunch counter, called I believe Chapin. Looked good, said they served homemade tortillas and tamales etc. Having had quite a good tortilla across from the ruins in Tikal a couple of years ago, I'm intrigued by the place (although crossing the river and not eating at Ravi will be hard). Anyone been to this place?
