My wife and I twanted to celebrate our anniversary at Quince. I called and got a recording: "Welcome to Quince, etc. For reservations press "0". I pressed O and waited and waited and waited. Then I got the same recording again: Welcome to Quince, etc.. For reservations press "O". I pressed 0 again--and waited and waited and waited. Then a person answered. I told her the date for our reservation and she put me on hold. I waited and waited until a recording said "If you would like to make a call, please hang up and dial again." I called back and got the same Quince message. I pressed 0 and waited and waited. Finally a person answered and I asked for the manager. I was put on hold and waited and waited. Another person finally picked up, who said she was one of the managers, and took the reservation. My question: Is this typical of how Quince treats customers? We've never been there yet, and I am already starting with an extremely bad impression of this restaurant.
