I'm hoping someone can help me here. Not sure if I'm on the right board for this either. But... I have a pot of beautiful chives on my deck and it's now starting to get cold in the Northeast. Before the first frost I'd like to cut them and somehow store them to use later. I've bought frozen chopped chives in the past and found them to be quite watery. Does anyone have a method they use for preserving their fresh chives for the winter? Thanks all!
