I need suggestions about protein snacks for a young woman to take to the office and eat (usually at her desk). She's expecting. She works the super-long hours that young professionals work in this world. And she does not want anyone to guess that she is expecting (not yet.) (I guessed when she passed up sushi)
Her OB wants her to eat every two hours. Protein. Nothing smelly. Nothing that has to be heated up or eaten with a spoon.
So far I have come up with:
Cheese cubes. Cold falafel balls. Pre-browned Morningstar Farms sausages eaten cold. Pre-cut chunks of cold chicken.
