I was happy to see this place open but I am slowly losing patience with them. I ordered a panini the other day from them. It was said to have "prociutto di parma" Well they only had one employee and should took ten minutes to make the sandwhich. People waited and waited for coffee, most left. The girl was nice but clueless, untrained and def. a minimum wage employee. The panini was drenched in cheap oil, burnt on the outside and not cooked in the inside. The prociutto was Boars Head quality and not di parma italian. The panini was a complete horror show.
Two days later I ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese. I waited for about 15 minutes and when I open up the wrapper it was soaking wet. I think the substance was oil. When I confronted the help, the girl was nasty and started arguing with me. She said the guy was also making panins ans it was "just some left over oil" and not a big deal. She even raised her voice. Theydid finally make me a new bagel.
It seems that the owner of this place is too cheap to hire competent help and she really doesn't have a clue about running a professional business. If you have had similiar experiences at this joint I suggest telling her son at Biscuit. I've witnessed him lecture her about "customer service"
They do however sell bagel hole bagels so its worth the effort.
