Today after a frustrating experience at Charles Chocolates "Cafe" in Emeryville (related in another thread) I went to the Pasta Shop in Berkeley/4th Street. I first tried then bought as a gift a box of Poco Dolce "tiles" of various flavored chocolate with sea salt. I found the flavors stunning and just the opposite of the forgettable sample of Charles fleur de sel that I tried earlier. Poco Dolce is new to me, although I found two recent threads mentioning them. Do others find their chocolates as good as I did?
