Hi folks. I am looking for a recipe my mom used to make 50 years ago. She called it plum roly poly. I think she used biscuit dough, made a rectangle of it and covered it with possibly butter and then cut up plums. Then she would roll it up like jellyroll, cut off slices and put them in a pan. Then she would cover it with a glaze and put in the oven to bake. I have no idea what she put in the glaze. She always used fresh plums, so no juice from the can. This might be a British dish. If anyone knows of this dish and has a recipe, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
