I've scoured through previous postings but would really appreciate some tips...
We're going to Paris week after next with two boys (8 & 10) and are staying in a hotel near the Jardin du Luxembourg. I am now worried about feeding the family! Breakfast will be in the hotel (they aren't charging for the kids). Then, after site seeing, I thought we could have a late lunch / early evening meal out, with ham / cheese / baguettes to picnic on later, either in the park or by the Seine. Is Monoprix a good place to pick up supplies? There's one near the hotel.
Apologies if this posting is too vague in its request...just looking for sensible places to go to with the kids - we don't mind if it's full of other tourists as long as the waiters are friendly!
(Yes, probably should've booked an apartment, but didn't and can't change it now).
Thanks for any suggestions.
