Another pitch for Singh's

This weekend an old college buddy of mine was in town. While discussing lunch options, he said that he had never heard of roti. Hence, the next day we all went to my favorite: Singh's, on Liberty Ave. just off Lefferts. As always, the rotis were huge! We had vegetable, shrimp, and chicken, all topped with the fiery hot sauce (it certainly clears the sinuses). We also sampled the usual array of extras, like pones and sea moss. We were so full that we didn't have to eat until the next day. All of this food, enough to fill three grown men with voracious appetites, cost a mere $14.50. I encourage all Chowhounds to give this place a try. Take the A train the Lefferts; Singh's is just below, in the shadow of the el. Enjoy!
