Pinprick chips in Le Creuset enamel

So, my 5 qt braiser has some tiny pinprick chips that have started appearing on the interior of cooking surface. I'm more than disappointed as you might imagine. I've never used metal utensils, washed in the dishwasher or done anything crazy with it, no baking in an extremely hot oven or plunging into cold water while hot, etc. I've really babied the thing and have owned it for less that three years.

Has anyone else had similar experience? I'm bothered that there seem to be more pinprick chips appearing as I continue to use it. Is LC good about rectifying this kind of thing? I'd be really upset to be offered a discount rather than a replacement and also to receive a different color (mine are black). I haven't contacted them yet as I didn't want to ship it to them without consulting the board first. Thanks for any advice.
