Pickle Barrel Deli:North-Leslie Street

Last night I had dinner at Pickle Barrel on Leslie Street. It is good, but #1=The waiter seemed to be either very nervous, not very patient,or on "Speed" and must have had 25 coffees!! My mother ordered the chicken soup;I tasted it-rather chemical taste. Plus not too hot.. I ordered Spring Egg Rolls=they were not too bad, just had a weird taste that I found not that pleasant,as if sour cabbage had been used. My deli sandwitch was very good. I had the Baby Beef, and while the bread was quite ordinary, the meat used was good, rare and juicy. The accompaniment to the baby beef, potato salad, was awful. The coffee was ok,just served lukewarm. I still prefer "The Pub",Legendary Steakhouse in Cherry Hill,New Jersey!!! "Ponzios" in Cherry Hill New Jersey has a terrific menu, and does everything to perfection!! As For Chez Piggy, well,it is still wonderful. I think "Yitzes" is better for deli. Shopsys is still good, but for a true deli,Montreal has the best deli, outside of New York City.
