Pho Tay Ho - What a Treat

After reading some recommendations here, finally ventured out to Bensonhurst this evening to eat at Pho Tay Ho (86th St. near 24th Ave). What a treat. Just two of us. We had some wonderful pho (#3, Big bowl with Brisket, Eye Round and Tendon). Big beef broth flavor. Wonderful noodles. Great paper thin sliced beef. Also the shrimp with peanut salad (large) and a chinese style seafood/vegetable combo over fried string like egg noodles (like a Chinese noodle nest). Everything was so beautifully presented, like in a fancy asian fusion restaurant, only more lovingly.

Total cost including two "33" (Vietnamese) beers, under $28 before the tip. They got to be kidding! The place was only about 2/3 full Thursday around 7 to 8.

Waiters very friendly and no communication problem. Thanks again Josh L., Peter Cuce and everyone else who have recommended this place.
