("Blecch" is an overstatment, but I could not resist the Mad magazine style headline.)
Has there been a change in the kitchen here? I went there Saturday for their tuna spring rolls. They were really disappointingly prepared. Like someone heard what the ingredients were, and tried to put some together without any practice.
Also, the hearts of palm salad is gone. That was yummy. Menus can change, I realize, but none of the remaining salads looked anywhere near as good or appetizing. (Also, it looks like the super good rice balls they had around a year ago are never coming back. That was another standout on the menu ...gone!)
The snap peas were actually nicely done. And the pork and shrimp potstickers weren't bad; actually they were even better as leftovers the next day.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone knows if that French chef that was there has moved on.
