phila pastry...Yann vs. Miel vs. aux petits delices

thinking that yann is by far and away much better than either. have sampled pastries and croissants from all three and feel that yann is much truer to the french technique and the pastry is always crispier and fresher. i think miel is 'overproduced'. thoughts?
