@ Congee Village today (mentioned in thread below).

It was good, not the level of *pfattiness (pork fat happiness :) of, say, Joe Shanghai's or Yeah's braised pork shoulder but good nonetheless. I wished it had a touch of shrimp paste but that would've made it more So East Asian. Oh well, thanks again.
