Pesto Pizza Memory in Near North Chicago

Hello, I've searched and searched and cannot find the name of the piizzeria where we used to buy frozen deep-dish (or stuffed) pesto pizza. Just pesto and cheese, no tomato sauce, no chicken or shrimp. No spinach, eithers, IIRC. About 1-1/2" in height, about 9 inches in diameter. Heavy.

It was from a pizzeria in the Near North area, just a few blocks from where we frequently stayed at the Sutton Place Hotel at Belluvue and Rush. Perhaps it was some place on Division.
Mama's or Edwardo's or...? Interior was white with a freezer unit as you walked in.

We'd purchase a frozen pesto pizza and put it into our luggage as we headed to the airport.

Does anyone remember this pizza and the name of the pizzeria?
