Perfect BBQ and XLNT Margaritas: Thank you!

Well, we went with the Sauza tequila (after I told the crew it was a 'better tasting brand' a few insisted on some classic shots just for research purposes) and made fresh lime juice for our margarita mix. We polished off a vat of fresh guacamole and several rounds of margaritas that were a big hit. A huge hit; I'm out of TWO fifths!!! This all ended a fine day ashore a sand bar in Essex and the BBQ's at Crispy's was a fine execution of ribs (see Cooks's Magazine recent issue - wow it worked so fine - best ribs ever on the brine-rub-fridge overnite then slow-cook method) grilled corn, steamers and salads. Wish you ALL could have been there and thanks for the tips on getting trashed on tequilas. It worked!
