peking duck

ken | Oct 27, 2004 06:20 AM

Sunday night we went to Hunan Legend at the Dorseys' Search village center near route 108 in Columbia and had Peking duck. I thought it was quite good, warm and moist and served nicely carved and "reassembled" under the crispy skin. The only down side was that the pancakes were ok but not like the homemade ones I have had a Szechuan Best on Liberty road. The hot and sour soup was excellent and the "shrimp toast" was dimsum quality not the "stuff" one gets from a carry-out. Anyone else have any recommendations for places to get Peking duck?
