I just returned from lunch at Peach Farm in Chinatown. I ordered a clam dish with black bean sauce, ginger and scallions. The sauce itself had a nice flavor. The clams, however, were gigantic, and when I bit into the middle of one, I ended up with a gritty ball of unidentifiable black sediment/goop. Blech, enough to turn my appetite off.
Anyway, what would you say are the best things to order there, for next time?
