"There is a well-publicized plan by the Gerding-Edlen Company to develop this 55,800-square-foot property at 4333 N.E. Sandy Blvd. as a multi-story residence with a drive-through automatic teller and a ground floor Whole Foods outlet. Patrick Wilde of Gerding-Edlen, who attended the [Metro] event, told the Star that although they couldn't yet discuss it publicly, they were 'very close' to a development agreement."
