Every so often I have an intense craving for a really good bolognese. In the past when I had more time I used to make my own 2-day rendition using Heston Blumenthal's visions, but alas that's no longer possible. Anyone know of a sure-fire bolognese in the Bay Area, either in a restaurant or sold fresh/frozen homemade at an Italian specialty store? I had a pretty fine one at Flour + Water a couple of months ago on a pappardelle, but it's just too difficult getting in there with regularity.
Ideas on where to go for fresh-made Italian pasta, especially stores on the Peninsula or in the South Bay, are also greatly appreciated.
