I have not been to Paris in 6 years and all my friends have moved away so don't have locals to turn to - And from the little research I have done (mostly via Anthony Bourdain), it seems like a lot has changed.
I really want to have a knock your socks off, spectacular, crying while I eat, dining experiences...
The three places I am considering are:
L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon
Thoughts? Other suggestions? I am guessing I can squeeze 7 - 10 meals (lunches/dinners).
I would like to include a beautiful, cold seafood tower in there as well. Other than that I am open to any cuisine and neighborhood.
I will be in town for 3 nights 4 days at the end of February - hoping I am planning early enough to get reservations.
Thank you in advance!
