I am looking for something which is not non-stick.
I have a 4qt saucepan which I am replacing. I might consider a different shaped pan if it is more flexible. I currently have a Calphalon stainless steel 3 qt. saute' Pan, a Calphalon non-stick 8qt stock pot, a Circulon 12 inch covered deep skillet, a pressure cooker, and a slow cooker. Any suggestions on what I should add to round out my cooking collection? I had been using the saucepan mainly to warm up soups, reheat food, make small batches of meat sauce, and make oatmeal.
