I had my second meal ever there last night. The first meal was with a big-spending regular known by the staff, so we were treated like royalty to platter after platter of food. Last night I was a mere customer. I ordered linguine with clams in garlic and oil and asked to have some broccoli added. It was a good dish with lots of broccoli, and the pasta was al dente as I had requested at the menu's suggestion. $19.45 seemed a bit steep, but I'll be having it again for supper at home tonight. I saw lots of pizzas being delivered to tables, regular crust and what looked like deep dish.
To anyone familiar with Palermo's: What's best on the good-sized menu? How's the pizza?
Our congenial waitress said the Palermo's on 63rd and the one father south, maybe near Frankfort, are "not affiliated" with Palermo's on 95th. This one sure is popular--nearly every table was full on a Monday night.
