Ate last night @ this new place in my neighborhood. First of all it's an adult place not like the rest of the suburban/frat boy hell holes in the area. Great looking place, sort of like an east side place.
The chef worked at Cascabel and Butterfield___.
That said, I wasn't impressed with my limited tasting. I ordered a shell steak on bone (even w/the hoof + mouth scare!). It sure as hell didn't look like any shell steak I've ever eaten. The steak was ok but not too tasty. My pal ate the short ribs and loved it. I;ll give it another shot though.
