Otto's NKy/Cincinnati area

I'm posting this to the Midwest board, since Otto's is in Covington, a block and a half across the river from Cincinnati. Anyhow, we ate at Otto's with a group Friday night...wonderfully prepared and presented food. I had seared scallops on a bed of risotto, as tender and creamy a risotto as I've ever had or made. The scallops were tender and sweet. My husband's rack of lamb was well-seasoned and cooked medium rare, just as he'd ordered it. The fried green tomatoes, which several of us ordered as an appetizer, were breaded with panko crumbs rather than cornmeal and were delicious. The raspberries in puff pastry that my husband and I shared for dessert were wonderful and not overly sweet. Otto's, family run, is a cute little place, formerly a drug store, and decorated with original art. We definitely will be back.
