From the Houston Business Journal:
There was a time Otto's was considered the best Q in the city I think, and I went there often. I still go once in a great while for old time's sake.
This will also affect Otto's Hamburger joint, which some rave about but I've never been impressed with, and Bibas Greek Pizza, which I've been to only once and don't remember.
Some facts from Otto's: started in 1950 when Memorial was just a dirt road; burgers offered soon after opening, bbq not added until 1963. They used hickory and claimed to smoke the meats for 18 hours.
