Otto - great ingredients, lousy crust

There was an hour-long wait for pizza with crust like under-toasted pita bread! Granted, the octopus appetizer was terrific and we liked a cold oily swordfish app. But although the toppings were enticing, the crust was soft and soggy, and a thin-crusted pizza should have a crisp crust like Grimaldi's! (the hazelnut hot chocolate was great though)
