So this week I'm starting my first diet, and it's not to lose weight! Marrena Lindberg wrote this great book about this diet she's created that improves hormone flow and boosts sexual appetite and ability. Has anyone heard about it?
I'm really curious to find others using this (or similar) diets and how they go about it. I'm especially looking at what other women eat on this diet. It's hard for me to plan my grocery list around meals when I can't include starches and have no idea what I'll want to eat next Thursday!
