I'm making my first trip to Blue Hill this weekend.
Any recommendations on what to order? Should I try to talk the others in my party (of 4) into ordering the tasting menu? Or should we just order different things and share a few morsels?
How much should I trust waiters' and sommeliers' recommendations?
Now that there's chowhound.com, I see no reason to have a less-than-perfect experience... :-)
