I'm heading to Las Vegas in September. I typically visit Delmonico, B&B, Bouchon, etc. This will be my 5th visit, so I'm interested in branching out a bit this time around. I am staying at Mandalay Bay and interested in restaurants on the strip. Closer to my hotel is preferred, but of course not a must.
I currently have dinner reservations for: Scarpetta, Craftsteak, and L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. Does anyone have opinions on these restaurants, or can point me in a better direction? Scarpetta has gotten some mixed reviews, but hear the bread basket is pretty amazing.
Other places I would like opinions on: Aureole & Sage...Oh and the Verandah for brunch. Sounds like people like the huevos rancheros there. Is there any brunch out there equal or - dare I say - better than Bouchon?
Money is not an issue (this is Vegas baby).
Thank you very much!
