Oldest Restaurant in Seattle?

What's the oldest restaurant in Seattle? Not necessarily continuous management, but operating under the same name in the same location or very near it.

Jules Mae's is usually quoted as the oldest bar (even though it was closed for a while). Canlis is since 1950, but there's got to be older. It's probably not a fancy place; I'm wondering about places like the Lockspot, or that Italian joint down by the old Sears (sorry, can't call it Starbucks HQ) in Sodo.

I miss the Twin Teepees, a former candidate.
