I ate at Halu last night and had my favorite of a large halu ramen with ni-tamago.
The noodles that came were different before. The old noodles were thick and very square if you looked at the cross section. The color was also a darker brown.
Last night the noodles I had were yellower and not as thick. The cross sectional area also didn't seem as square. The noodles are thicker than average spaghetti still. So, the noodles weren't as super firm as the original, but they were still el dente and held up its firmness well to the end.
The broth was good, but wasn't as good previous times they made it.
