Deb and I enjoyed a good meal meal at Fiddlehead in Jamesburg, N.J.
Small place, nicely decorated on (I think) Railroad Ave. Little more than a store-front but the welcome is warm, food good and service friendly.
I had the crab cake app (decent) and the antelope main (very good). Deb's tuna was cooked as ordered. The place is BYOB so I scooted up the sidewalk to grab a bottle of bubbly at a neighborhood package store.
The fiddleheads were superb (go figure).
No room for sweets so we settled on espresso which was ok.
Tab was under $60. I'd go back.
