I've been following some of the discussions on copper pans. I've always coveted them but knew little about them. My husband recently ordered a 5-piece, 1.5 mm set by Mauviel, but I notice that most of you have 2.0 mm or more. I haven't received the pans yet and am loath to return them, but except for the obvious differences, do you consider 1.5 mm pans inferior? I enjoy cooking, but I'm hardly a chef!
