Another "mystery restaurant" - great sloppy hamburgers & a stage?

When my high school band traveled to New Orleans for Mardi Gras I remember having the best hamburger of my life. It was sloppy and delicious and I haven't found its likeness since. I remember the place had a little stage where a local jazz act was performing and those wonderful slatted doors which can be opened to the street on a nice day. I've wondered before it might have been Port of Call but it seems their burgers are more known for size (and I don't recall this one being unusually large). The restaurant couldn't have been too small since we were a decent size group to feed. Anyway, I was inspired by the other mystery restaurant post and thought I might have some luck as well. Anyone?
