Myrtle Beach eateries

Just back from Myrtle Beach.
My thanks to all who gave me some great places to eat.
You were right:Flo's,Divine Fish House, and Louis's of Pawley's were all first class places to eat and the food all all three places was outstanding!!!!!
For breakfast Sea Captain's House and Eggs Up Grille were both great also.
Painter's Ice Cream was out-of-this-world also!
We tried one of the buffets the place is famous for (Original Benjamin's) but we found that most of the food is fried to death.
The same went for Capt. George's buffet although we liked Capt. George's better than Benjamins because they had a lot less fried food on their buffet.
Both were good but be aware that most of the food at buffets is fried.
We wanted to try Lattitude 22,which is right on the beach, but the cigarette smoke was unbearable.
Remember that smoking is allowed everywhere in South Carolina.
Divine Fish House was smoke-free however and Divine was the best place we ate at.
We wanted to try Cagney's,Dirty Don's,and Collector's Grille(which has a terrible website)but time didn't permit.
You might want to consider staying way South(or way North) of Myrtle Beach if you want to avoid the Spring-Break Mommy & Daddy show as well.
Lots to do there however and the food at Brookgreen Gardens was a refreshing place to eat and enjoy the beautiful gardens.
Thanks again All!
Grateful Catnip
