Fairway has the Murray's rotisserie chickens on sale this week, and I picked one up for the first time. This was, hands down, the best rotisserie chicken I ever bought from a supermarket. The skin had a great flavor with lots of rosemary and garlic, and the chicken was amazingly moist, even after reheating in the oven. I knew it was going to be good when a giant garlic clove plopped out of the cavity, but man, I had no idea how good it was going to be! I got a Fairway chicken a few weeks ago, and while it was very good, this Murray's chicken is in a different (and better) world!
This is now my official market ready-made rotisserie chicken. Anyone else agree with me?
