Mulhollows Bistro 215 - Ft. Walton Beach

Had lunch at Mulhollows Bistro 215 in Ft. Walton Beach, and absolutely loved it. One side of the restaurant is a wine bar, with very nice by the glass wines, the other side is a lovely but not overly fussy, restaurant. We split an Oriental Chicken Salad, that had very fresh baby greens, perfectly greaseless chunks of fried chicken, fried wonton strips, and a wonderful warm asian sesame dressing. It came with a little loaf of beer bread baked in a tiny terra cotta flower pot. We also split, as in fought over, one of the best hamburgers I've ever encountered, and I've had more than my share. It was a large, oblong patty on a kaiser roll, with portobello mushrooms and swiss cheese, and the kind of red wine sauce you'd expect on a steak in an excellent French restaurant. Terrific seasoned fries came with that. Good service, great overall experience. I have linked a review from EmeraldCoast.com below that gives more info. I especially liked having so many interesting salad choices, for example Curried Chicken Salad with Grilled Bananas, Thai Beef Salad, Hot Crawfish Salad, etc. I would absolutely come back for lunch or dinner the next time I am in the Ft. Walton Beach, Destin area.
